Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to the 27 member states of the European Union and to Switzerland. Delivery is free, with no minimum order. We do not currently ship outside these countries.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are prepared in the Brussels studio and dispatched within 5 working days. Delivery then takes 5 to 8 working days.

Packaging

Works are shipped unframed and unmounted, protected between rigid boards or rolled in a reinforced tube depending on the format, with the numbered certificate of authenticity enclosed.

Customs and taxes

Prices include tax. No customs formalities or additional charges apply to deliveries within the European Union. Deliveries to Switzerland leave the European Union customs territory: import VAT and any customs charges are payable by the recipient.

Damage or loss in transit

Damage or loss in transit is at our risk. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 14 days if anything is wrong. See our return and refund policy.
